PMI'S

• Planned Maintenance Inspections (PMIs) are generally offered on a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis depending upon the equipment and needs of each customer.
  
• During these inspections, our technicians check that the equipment is operating correctly. They check components of the equipment to detect failures in their beginning stages or before they develop into major issues. They can also replace worn components before they fail. Correcting issues early can often prevent major equipment failure at unexpected times, saving the hassle, expense, and inconvenience of major equipment failures. Technicians also maintain the equipment with needed adjustments, cleaning, and filter/belt replacements as scheduled. A well-maintained mechanical system can save energy and extend the life of the equipment.
